great for distance and high mileage
Asics Kayano are the best running shoe out there - I would recommend the XI and XIII. I am distance runner who does a lot of mileage, and these shoes have always served me well. They have great cushioning and support... helped me get through a bad bout of plantar fasciitis. Don't be fooled into buying other asics models because of a price difference. These are well worth the extra cost. Review #3
best deal for sore feet
I have plantar fasciatis/heel spurs in one foot, and also overpronate. These are the ONLY shoes that don't hurt when I run or walk long distances. They give the right support, cushioning, and room to breathe. The wide toes box is comfortable for running b/c it keeps my foot from feeling squished.
buying them in stores can cost around $150 but through Amazon, I can always get them shipped for around $100. Great deal for sore feet! Review #4
love these running shoes
As a moderate jogger for the past twenty years, logging in about thirty miles a week, I have tried a lot of running sneakers. With their large toe box and good shock absorbers, these are amongst the most comfortable I have tried.
