Consumers have the right to know...READ THIS before buying shoes from The Shoe Girl...
BUYERS BEWARE....don't buy shoes from this seller unless you want to be ripped off big time...I purchased the Jessica Simpson Women's Leve Ballet Flat in silver, size 9 back in May. The shoes arrived in a heavily damaged, ripped up bag and I could immediately see they were cheaply made, over-priced and after trying them on, they were definitely ill-fitting (they didn't fit true to size). Not to mention I ordered a size 9 not a size 9B which is what came in the shoebox that had 9M listed as the size...not sure if these shoes even were in the correct box at this point!
The president of "The Shoe Girl" finally responded to my emails as their return policy wasn't very clear and although he never once apologized for the poor packaging or bad service, he promised to give me a "full refund" and pay for the return shipping via a pre-paid UPS label after I made it quite clear how unhappy I was...however, he lied and the full refund was NEVER issued after he wasted nearly 2 months of my time back & forth through emails...then he has the nerve to say that I was dishonest about the reason for return (not possible since we were in contact through email and I stated the reason for return numerous times and wrote the same reason on the enclosed return slip). Then after I returned the shoes he hit me with a never-before mentioned "restocking" fee which he refused to waive!!!
Next he tries to bribe me by saying he will waive the restocking fee if I delete my HONEST customer feedback & reviews but since I won't be bribed, he tells me not to ever order shoes from his company again (not a problem) and that he'll see me in court!
Unbelievably, he's threatening to sue me for "slander & libel" because I wouldn't take his bribe to delete my customer feedback and he continues to harass me via email! The latest crazy email from him claims that I gave a different email to [...] than I did to him and that is why it took so long for him to send me the pre-paid UPS label which he promised and which took forever to arrive and delayed my return of the shoes...which he claims he can charge a "restocking fee" for because they didn't arrive as quickly as he wanted. This guy is delusional because I've never had any other email dealing with [...] or "The Shoe Girl" and he couldn't provide me with this supposed "wrong" email that caused him so much confusion...I mean this guy is really reaching for something now since he can't just say "sorry you weren't satisfied with the service, let me offer you a full refund like I promised".
I urge all shoppers...DON'T SHOP FROM THE SHOE GIRL/GUY unless you want to take the chance of dealing with such an unscrupulous company who would sue a first-time customer for giving honest, negative feedback after a 2 month nightmare of an experience like this!!! Review #2
Another Winner
It's another winner for Birkenstock. Very comfortable. I try and wear them as much as possible. This is my third pair of Birkenstocks and not my last. Review #3
Birkenstock 100 relax sandle
Had to order 2 sizes larger then the usual size. All my Birks are 37R's. Otherwise great fit, very very comfortable. Love the style its like the Madrid style.
