comfy
I got this for a running sandal and it's very comfortable - but not for running, for walking. The strap across the top has to be tight enough so the sandal doesn't flap which makes it too tight to run or do sports in. However I would recommend it for golfing, walking, etc. It's also not great looking - it looks like an orthotic shoe.
