great little shoe
I hate Crocs. But I really like their little mary janes. Very comfortable, the size fits as stated. If you are an 8, order an 8. I wear socks with mine, wouldn't do it barefoot. One caveat: they do make your feet damp feeling after extended wear since they aren't perforated and they are plastic...but over-all a cute shoe to wear if there is rain, etc. and you are tired of boots. NOT comfortable, hard to get right fit.
I bought two pairs right off the bat. The colors (purple and black) were true to photos. I bought a slightly smaller size as reviews advised. They were a little tight in the toe-box, so I put on pair in the dryer for 3 minutes on low temp, then wore them for a couple hours... they stretching out too far, and now slip off my heels unless I wear them with socks! So the other pair that I didn't put in the dryer? I've worn them several times for quick errands, with and without socks: Without socks, my feet sweat like crazy and the inside of the strap button rubs my foot raw. With socks, they are too tight. Plus, there is almost no arch support with these.
I am returning the black pair, as they are in original condition, but I am stuck with the purple pair. What a BIG disappointment these were! I would NOT recommend them unless you are planning on wearing them with socks ALL the time. (I wasn't) Review #5
So Unbelievably Comfortable!
If I had not tried these shoes for myself, I would never have believed how comfortable they are. It is hard for me to find easy wearing shoes. I normally wear size 8,but got a size 7 in Crocs-so they do run large. I now have 3 pair of the Mary Janes. They look really nice as casual wear, but they also go well with my semi-dress slacks. These Crocs have a microbial in them so they never smell bad. i even throw them in the washing machine when they get soiled. I am in my early 50s and my daughter is a teacher in her early 20s and she is spoiled to these shoes. They provide ALL DAY on your feet comfort. Excellent quality for the money.
