MARY MEET JANE!!! A classic Mary Jane dressed up with sleek stitching and a flirty adjustable strap. High quality leather upper follows the natural contours of the foot. Box leather is ideal for the workplace environments with wet, acidic or greasy conditions. It has a smooth, clean finish with the natural irregularities removed. It is the easiest leather to maintain, and can be wiped clean with soap and water. Roomy thermoplastic toe box provides durable reinforcement and toe protection while allowing toes to move comfortably. Nonallergenic vegetable tanned leather sockliner wrapped around synthetic foam absorbs and evaporates perspiration. Protective polyethylene heel counter allows the heel to move up and down when walking. Also provides lateral stability and acts as a natural shoe horn. PVC inner frame provides stability and reduces torque and pronation. Polyurethane outsole provides shock absorption and flexibility, withstands surfaces of extreme heat and cold, and protects feet, legs and back during long hours of standing or walking. Rocker bottom propels the foot forward when walking. Dansko Stapled clog outsoles are designed to be suitably slip resistant in workplace environments where excesses of vegetable oils and animal fats are present. Love them! These are the very best. I work 12 hour shifts and own other Dansko shoes and don't even bother to wear the others. My feet never hurt anymore and neither do my legs.

best occupational shoe EVER!
first of all i'd like to say i LOVE this shoe and i have it in black cabrio, black patent and red patent. it's the only shoe i'll work in. (retail)

i've also bought these in white... seriously, the best shoe money can buy. they last forever, total foot support, takes the strain off of the backs of your knees, heels, back...they rock. i especially like this style, since i'm a half size (size up in closed shoes), adjusting that buckle makes all the difference fit wise. they're adorable and i always get compliments on them, no matter the color. ; )

ps-my mom's a nurse, and she only wears dansko's too!
