The Shoe Fits
I had read some reviews about these shoes and had some reservations before my purchase. These are undoubtedly one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. I plan to purchase similar shoes from Deer Stag when these require replacing. Review #2
Shoe finish doesn't hold up!
These shoes are comfortable but... I bought them for casual wear, hoping to replace a pair of a same style different brand that is aging. The Deer Stags marked up the first few minutes I wore them, and only by turning my toes over again carpet while sitting. They have continued to mark very easily. The color just comes off!. It doesn't seem to get on stuff, but I have to put a bit of polish/cream and rub it in almost each time I wear them or they look bad. So I have made them the 2nd pair, wearing them and trying to extend the life of the ones I hoped to replace.
If appearance of the shoe is of no concern to you, the comfort of the shoe is worth the purchase, but be cautioned about the wear issues Review #3
Very Comfortable
I did a lot of walking in these shoes and they were very comfortable. However, they easily leave black marks on the floor. Deer Stag also has a non-marking shoe in the same style. Review #4
neck too tight
Shoes looked good but I could not get my foot easily through the neck even with the elastic gussets. Sent the shoes back and received a refund. Company was very nice about the whole thing but it messed up my extra saving I was getting by buying two pairs.
