The product description indicates that the sizes start from a toddler size 5 (smallest size they come) and the largest is a Youth size 4. There is no Youth size 5 available for this boot. You would need to jump into a Women's size 7 which equals a Youth size 5. We are sorry that you didn't see this information. We put it there to keep the confusion to a minimum. Review #2
you get what you paid for: bait and switcha and bad service
When I was ordering these boots for my nieces, I made sure to purchased the right sizes for them. There was no way I would have made a mistake in ordering a size 5 that would be way too small for my older niece. When I received the shipment of the two rain boots, they got one size right (size 3 kids) but the other one wrong. I odered a size 5 kids, and they sent me a size 5 toddler. When I wrote to them stating that they sent the wrong size and what they would do to resolve this issue, they completely ignored my questions. Instead they address me to the link about the size equivalents. I then wrote back to them stating that before I ordered the boots, I made sure to order check that the size 5 was in "kids" not "toddlers". Had I known about the actual measurement of the size 5, I would not have ordered from them. Again, they did not answer my question on how to best resovle this issue. The frustration in dealing with them is not worth the lower price that they offered. The only reason I ordered from them was because they had the lowest price. But I guess that's how they lure you in. You really get what you paid for. Bait and switch and really bad service. I will not make the mistake of ordering from them again, even if their prices are the lowest. Not worth the aggravation.
