Made Dad Happy!
My father is the most difficult person to please. He absolutely hates to try new things, regardless of quality. I chose to buy this slipper for him as a Christmas gift, knowing that his old pair was worn. I also knew that he has worn the same style of slipper for the last thirty years. But I am familiar with the quality of Hush Puppies, and since they were quite similar to the old style my father wears, I decided to try them. He loves them, style, color, sole and everything. He says they are incredibly comfortable. So I give this product 5 stars because my father actually liked it, which is, in itself, a feat of inestimable value, let alone star ranking. Review #4
Bob's opinion
The important thing about a slipper is comfort. These fitted perfectly and were "as comfortable as an old shoe" as soon as I put them on.
Looks are second in importance and these look very good. They are the sort of slipper that do not look out of place as being too casual when friends drop by.

My dog chewed my old pair
These slippers are really comfortable. They are not too warm like the ones that have linings but have a soft flexible sole thick enough to keep my feet from getting cold. In other words, they are just right.
I've had a pair of these slipper for several years, but my dog chewed them up a bit when we first got him. I've been wearing the chewed up slippers for 18 months because the Hush Puppies name on the soles had worn off and my wife and I could not find them again. While my wife bought other slippers last Christmas and this Christmas, they just didn't make the grade. So, I finally searched online and found them on Amazon. I immediately ordered 3 pairs to make sure that I will have them for a long time to come. (My dog no longer chews things, but they do eventually wear out.)
