great looking boot
I have to say I'm very satisfied with the workmanship and look of the Cuban Boot. so much I ordered a second pair. it did take a bit for them to show up in the mail, and even though I ordered the correct size, they felt a tad small when I first put them on. I would suggest sizing up a half size from U.S. sizes when ordering perhaps? they took a bit to break in(maybe a week and a half) but once that was done, they were comfortable and got alot of comments. they hold up very well, I'm very hard on shoes because I walk alot in the city and these can take a beating and look good. they are very Mod looking, and I love them.

extremely disapointed and frustrated
I was pleased when it only took a week for my boots to show up, but it quickly vanished when the heel of the boot fell off the first step I took. I used the return label they provided should there be any problem and was annoyed to find out that they charged me shipping to return their defective product. a month later I finally received what I thought was my new pair, only to find out that they sent me back the exact same pair I returned. Still broken I might add!!!! Now they tell me that the item is "on back order and we have no idea when we will have any in stock." I'm scared to death what my credit card statement is going to look like because of this!!!!
