This Leo's "New York T-Strap" character shoe was designed to give the "Broadway" look. Featuring a manmade upper, padded soft lined insole for long lasting comfort, a 2" heel and a scored leather sole with leather heel lift for flexible comfort and confident tap mounting. Taps not included.

Really love them
I got these last week and have broken them in, and I love them! I didn't know if they would be comfortable wearing them for hours, but they are. They are my first pair of Character dance shoes and they really are comfortable! They have a soft, cushioning padding inside and they're not too slick, but you can make them even less slick by sanding them or walking on concrete. Make sure you order a half to a full size bigger, I normally wear a 10 but I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfectly; if you have a wider foot you may want to order a full size bigger. :.) Review #2
great shoes
I didn't have time to break these shoes in before going to an event to dance in them all weekend (4-8 hours a day of dancing). They were very comfy and I had no problems. Also the leather bottoms give great speed and control for spinning. Can't beat it for the price. Review #3
What happened to "order your street size" ?
I received the shoes promptly, in excellent condition, but they didn't fit! I was in contact with the company and have returned the shoes. I recently called them about my refund, and they informed me the refund will be coming from you (amazon). I presume it will be in the form of a credit card refund.

Like butter on your feet !
I needed a pair of shoes to go to a Model A Restorers convention in Williamsburg, VA. I wanted a look from the late 20's or early 30's (Like Ann Darrow in King Kong). I read the other reviews and thought these would be great. THEY LOOK GREAT ! THEY FIT GREAT (and I have long feet, with a funky ET like 2nd toe that ALWAYS rubs in new shoes). They do have a slippery sole, but I wear cowboy boots often, so I am used to that. I am sure after a day of "fashion show" and strolling Jamestown, they will be less slippy. New York T Strap dancin' shoes
I actually bought these shoes for work because I love the style. They are probably the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn!!! And they are gorgeous!!
