Tanark Mid is a reliable mid-cut boot for hiking and mountain approaches. The upper is made of 2.1mm hydrophobic nubuck with original DuPont Cordura edging and it is lined with leather. This boot has climate-controlled insoles. The Vibram® "Serpent" sole are made of a rubber-polyurethane combination. The rigid outer studs and high-contact tread makes it excellent for hiking, trekking and light backpacking. The "SPS" system offers optimum stability for the foot and is excellent for walking comfort. Thermoplastic urethane is used to create support zones. The "C4" lacing system increases your walking comfort. Some of the features are: Asymmetrical padding which is thicker towards the outside of the foot. Recessed ankle areas which mean the inside is higher than the outside. Flexible curved insert towards the inside of the foot and soft edging on the upper end.
