sharp casuals look good in church
At first I thought they would not look dressy enough to go with my wife's church-going slacks. She has ataxia and had been wearing a rather hefty New Balance product. I was pleasantly surprised how well they look and they seem to be aufficient for her special needs as she uses a walker. Review #3

So comfortable, better than barefoot!
I love my Merrell Barrado's. I thought it was not worth $70 just for some walking shoes but I put them on in a department store and I was hooked. I would have paid more...And after 1 year of using these shoes I'm still very pleased. In the summer, my feet get very hot and sweaty and I have to wear shoes that breathe well. Last summer I was in an assignment where I had to field visits which involved a lot of driving and hours of walking. And these were the first shoes that made me feel I was literally walking barefoot. They have very light uppers with mesh and thin soles which are perfect for walking on smooth surfaces and plain ground. I have some shoes from Nike and Reebok which have more bounce and are better for running on hard roads, but they make my feet very hot for regular walking use and they are heavier than these Merrells. With the Barrados on my feet I am comfortable walking for miles and they are also the perfect shoes for the beach. Review #5

Since I have a size 5 1/2 shoe size, I have great difficulty in finding shoes. Someone suggested that I go online to try to find the particular shoe that I wanted, having seen it at a beach resort (Rehoboth Beach, Del.). The shoes were ordered, arrived promptly, and I have great pleasure wearing them. Thank you.
