Nice shoe
When I got these, I was thrilled with how they looked. They are casual but don't look manly like some of the other slides I've seen. The dark brown color looks great with my jeans and they are really comfortable. Nice shoe for the money. Review #4
Great Everyday Shoe
I bought these shoes because I was originally curious about Crocs. Everybody's wearing them and saying they're so comfortable. They seem kind of ugly to me--I can't think of a single outfit that they complement, except the white ones look kind of cute with the uniform my dental hygenist wears. But I thought I'd try on a pair and see what the buzz was about. To me they seemed really loose-fitting and unsubstantial--just a couple of pieces of light plastic on my feet that didn't seem like real shoes. The store clerk suggested these Merrells instead and I loved them from the minute I tried them on. They're totally comfortable and they look much nicer than Crocs. They come in a wide variety of colors and I tried on four different ones before settling on the dark brown--a nice basic color that goes well with jeans. One thing, they loosen up a bit after you wear them awhile, but that just means your heel moves more freely in them, which is what is supposed to happen with clogs anyway. These are great shoes to just slip on as you dash out the door and they look good with lots of casual attire.
