You'll love them if you want a shoe that feels like walking barefoot !
I love my Merrell Barrado's. I thought it was not worth $70 just for some walking shoes but I put them on in a department store and I was hooked. I would have paid more...And after 1 year of using these shoes I'm still very pleased. In the summer, my feet get very hot and sweaty and I have to wear shoes that breathe well. Last summer I was in an assignment where I had to field visits which involved a lot of driving and hours of walking. And these were the first shoes that made me feel I was literally walking barefoot. They have very light uppers with mesh and thin soles which are perfect for walking on smooth surfaces and plain ground. I have some shoes from Nike and Reebok which have more bounce and are better for running on hard roads, but they make my feet very hot for regular walking use and they are heavier than these Merrells. With the Barrados on my feet I am comfortable walking for miles and they are also the perfect shoes for the beach.

Best casual shoes I've ever bought
These are fantastic, I wear them to walk in, work in, run errands in. They look dressy enough and beat the heck out of any walking show you can buy.

Merrell Barrado Leather shoe
Compared to other Merrell products that I have used, these shoes just don't compare. Although, they are stylish looking, they offer zero support and are too uncomfortable to wear all day. I have a retail store and spend my day on my feet. My test of a comfort shoe is to wear them for a day in my busy store. These shoes just don't pass the test. I had to resort back to my worn Merrell clogs or my Keene Mary Janes.
