I love these shoes
I bought a pair of these in Hawaii to do field work on the Big Island. My choice in boots was limited in Hawaii, especially when I said I needed all leather uppers and these, though expensive, were my only option. I never even had a chance to break these in before my field work but they were the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. I have had them for about 3-4 years now and am looking to replace them as the soles have lost their traction mostly from walking on hot lava fields. I definitely intend to buy another pair.
