disappointed
At first I thought these shoes were going to be great. The fit was good and they felt very comfortable. I purchased them for summer and wanted to wear them without socks. At my first wearing, I noticed that there was stitching on the top inside which rubbed my bare toes raw. I returned the shoes. I think they would be great with socks, but not without.

Good and Bad
I loved the looks of this shoe and the way it felt when I tried it on at home: very stretchy fabric top, cushy sole, perfect, right? I planned to wear sockless with shorts and jeans - an easier, cooler summer alternative to regular tennis shoes. However, although it looks good, I could only wear for 20 minutes! It rubbed several raw places and blisters on both feet - top and sides of foot. I was on vacation, shopping downtown in a resort area - I had to find a cheap pair of flip flops to wear or go barefoot! Took 2 weeks for the ulcers on my feet to heal. I tried them later with thin socks and they were OK that way, just not barefoot. They seem tight for their size as well, so consider a 1/2 size larger than you normally wear. If planning to wear bear, look for another pair!
