Do not buy this shoe from Amazon
First of all, I have a pair of Rockers clogz. They are wonderful and have lasted me a long time. I decided to get a new pair and found out that Amazon uses a company named ShoeBuy to distribute these shoes. To make a long story short, I had the wrong shoes sent to me 3 different times. Their customer service said that all they could do to make things right was to give me a 20% discount on my order. They wasted over a month and a half of my time and did not value the satisfaction of their customer at all. I think the problem is that the warehouse people don't know what they are doing and the people in the office don't care enough to make things right. I have never written a negative review before but I hope to help someone else not to make the same mistake as I made.
