Comfort
My mother loves her new shoes. She wears them everyday, and says they are very comfortable. Occasionally she has swollen ankles, so the adjustalbe straps makes it possible for her to continue to wear the shoes without causing additional tightness or restrictions.

Shoe for chubby feet
Not sure why this shoe is called a nursing home shoe. It would be great for many who suffer with swollen feet, since it has long velcrow closures that allow variation in fit. It is light weight, washes beautifully in the washing machine, dries quickly and is very inexpensive.
