These super comfortable sporty casual slip ons from Clarks have a smooth, relaxed style. Supple, smooth leather upper in a casual slip on style, with contrast colored stitching accents and asymmetrical seam details, contrast colored leather side and front stripe accents, and a hidden elastic center panel. Padded collar, with a soft leather and mesh fabric lining and removable cushioned comfort insole. Very flexible and lightweight outsole with a traction patterned sole.

Named, literally, for the act of scaling walls, the Clarks Escalade loafer is built for climbing the corporate ladder--as well as for getting out of the office--in comfort and style. Available in a buffed black or burnished brown finish, the top-grain leather upper has many distinctive features, including double seam details running asymmetrical along the outside of the shoe and a single crossed seam running over the instep. Contrast colored leather portions add texture to the overall appearance of the shoe, from the pull-tab at the top of the tongue to the two-tone patch over the rigid counter heel. A hidden gore center panel beneath the top of the vamp makes for easy entry, and the wave pattern polyurethane sole, Othrolite footbed, and padded ankle collar keep you sure-footed and very comfy.

Very comfortable, unique styling
I tracked these down in Black after buying a pair in brown a couple months previous. What attracted me to them was the unique stitch styling and the immediate comfort from the first day. They did not require any break in time. They can be a casual or dress shoe. The sole material is soft and is very easy on the feet. They run a little wide which is good for me. Highly recommended for anyone that has to wear a dressier shoe but wants the extra comfort of casual features and great fit.

These shoes are comfort and light weight. I have arch pain. And these shoes reduce some of my arch pain.

Comfortable Shoes! Great for work
I bought this shoes after reading many positive reviews. My work requires me to stand for a prolonged period of the day. I have bought many other name branded shoes such as Kenneth Cole, Cold Hann (with nike hybrid, Boss..etc..they are not as comfortable as Clarks. I give this shoes a nice 5* and i refer to others too!
