Customer Reviews:
Review #1 Saucony grid omni The experience of using Amazon was amazing. I got the shoes at the best price and they arrived promptly within 10 days of odering. Truely satisfied and will most certainly be using Amazon again. Review #2 great running shoes at a good price the shoes are great for running on road as well as off road (trails, etc). it's comfy, light and induring. Since anyone doing serious running has to replace his shoes every 7-8 months or so (500km is the recommendation) the fact that saucony are usually dirt cheap compared with the bigger player (Nike, Adidas, etc) and for the most part are far superior in quality makes them a great choice for runners. two thumbs up. Review #3 Product Was Never Delivered After many calls and emails with EastBay, they were not able to successfully deliver shoes to me after 4 weeks. I cancelled the order and made a local purchase. The shoes likely would have been fine - EastBay's ability to deliver the shoes to me was non-existent. This is the first time I have had any online purchase delivery issues with many purchases over the years from Amazon, Ebay and other online retailers. Quite disappointing. Review #4 Why mess with a good thing? A few years ago during a track season that I was running 60-70 miles a week I got shin splints. It turned out I pronated and needed a shoe that would account for that. I got a pair of Grid Omni 5's and the pain went away. I haven't run in anything else for since then. I'm sure that other brands have similar shoes, but why mess with a good thing? A shoe won't make you faster, it can prevent you from getting injured while you train to run faster. The Grid Omni 5 is a little bit heavy and with inserts, even more so, but that is why they invented flats for races. Saucony just came out with the ProGrid Omni 6 so I bought 5 pairs of the Grid Omni 5, which should last through track season. I could say more about this shoe, but its praises are sung by many others who are more qualified than I, so while they say the rest I will let my opinion stand as a testament that this shoe worked for one runner who has been injury free for two years and setting new P.R.'s every season. Review #5 Awsome Running shoe My husband states that this shoe is very comfortable and light. An absolute must for the serious runner.
